Abidoye Visits Restoration Chapel As Glo Slashes Call Rates For Members

It was a day of expectations that finally birthed joy and gladness, as the spiritual father of Cherubim and Seraphim (C&S) Movement Church Worldwide, His Grace, Most Rev’d (Dr) Pro. Samuel A. Abidoye visits Restoration Chapel CSMC, Ife Iwo road district on Saturday, May 18, 2019.

In his welcome address, the Senior District Secretary, Senior Apostle Fred Akinyosoye welcomed his grace to the English Chapel of the district, stating that the district was glad to receive him in her midst especially at a time the Rabbi Main Campus Theology Institute was witnessing its 6th and 7th Convocation and Matriculation respectively.

Introducing the governing members of the district, as well as the President of the English Chapel; Pastor Oloruntobi A.C. and the Secretary; Ap. (Pst) Kunle Oguntade, Akinyosoye disclosed that the Chapel has developed through the course of the years in terms of size, spirituality and population.

In his message and apostolic blessings, Abidoye appreciated the district for the warm reception accorded him. He applauds that he is always well-received whenever he visits the English Chapel which he has paid a visit for almost four times.

He recounted that the English Chapel upon inception was kicked against when it was introduced to the church in 1959 but has now become a thing of pride to the church, worthy of emulation.

His Grace stated that the purpose of the visit is to ordinate a new leader for the district in the person of Special Apostle Nre Edokpolor; the present District Chairman, “Again, we are here to say hello to you and put someone in this empty chair. We shall be installing a new leader for the church on sunday”, stated His Grace.

It would be recalled that the founding District Chairman and former General Leader, S.A. Z. Ojo JP passed on last year.

In a related development, Akinyosoye announced that the church has collaborated with Nigeria telecommunication giant, Globacom, to allow members of the fold call one another at a lower rate. He stated that members would be required to pay a sum of #500 each for a month to call themselves within the fold at such exceptional rates. According to him, the registration for this would be done at the district headquarters in Ibadan.

Rendering his gratitude, the Chapel President, Pastor Oloruntobi A. C. prayed His Grace will live longer and do what God has commissioned him for. He appreciated the district headquarters for the Grace bestowed on the Chapel over the years to make the Chapel a reality and equally expressed his profound love and gratitude for the memebrs of the Chapel and the teams that made the day a success.
