The USA/Canada Cherubim and Seraphim Agbojesu Sub-conference has appraised the just concluded annual Agelu Jerusalem Mountain Ascension pilgrimage, describing it as such with a successful and tranquil outcome.
The chairman, Sr. Superintendent Apostle Francis E. Okhiria, made this known in a statement on Tuesday.
According to him, the annual pilgrimage which was organized not to attract many crowd as usual, because of the prevailing Coronavirus pandemic outbreak, was flawless with no untoward occurrence witnessed.
He, however, commended the leadership of the conference for their selfless and doggedness in ensuring that the pilgrimage was held as planned.
He also hailed members and non members of Agbojesu Conference for obeying the restriction order, as well as the security agents for their efforts in enforcing it.
While referring to the theme of the convention: “Divine Healing”, Elder Okihiria expressed his belief and faith that God will affirm all the prayers and supplications offered during the pilgrimage and heal Nigeria and the global world of the Coronavirus pandemic infection

Isaiah 52:7 (KJV) reads, “How beautiful upon the mountains are the feet of him that bringeth good tidings, that publisheth peace; that bringeth good tidings of good, that publisheth salvation; that saith unto Zion, Thy God reigneth!”
We’re giving all glory and honor to our Lord God for the successful and tranquil outcome of the recently concluded annual Agelu Jerusalem Mountain Ascension pilgrimage.
This year’s pilgrimage was solemn and was organized not to attract many crowd as usual, because of the prevailing Coronavirus pandemic outbreak and in strict adherence to government restrictions on overcrowding and observance of social distancing.
The annual pilgrimage which started from July 24 to 26, 2020 was flawless and no untoward occurrence was witnessed.
We praise and glorify the God of our fathers Saint Moses Orimolade Tunolase, Ajagunmokadi; and Alfred Ajayi Akintobi, Agbo Jesu Magboyinbo, Arojibikah I, for a perfect pilgrimage despite all the preparatory odds and challenges.
We congratulate our Spiritual Father Baba Aladura Samuel Olusegun Akintobi Ajayi, Agbo Jesu Magboyinbo V, Arojibikah II; all the Elders in-Council of the C&S Agbo Jesu Worldwide; the USA/Canada C&S Agbo Jesu Sub-Conference and the U.K. C&S Agbo Jesu Sub-Conference for their selfless and doggedness in ensuring that the pilgrimage was held as planned.
Our gratitude to all the government security agencies, and other organizations and communities that supported us and believed in our ideology. This also goes to members and non-members of Agbojesu Conference who obeyed the restriction order.
The Words of God was preached, prayers and supplications were offered during the pilgrimage in tandem with the theme of the convention: “Divine Healing” – Psalm 107:20. And we have the belief and faith that God will affirm all the prayers and heal our nation Nigeria and the global world of the Coronavirus pandemic infection, and there shall be restoration of peace and prosperity to all the nations.
To conclude, we urge all the believers and the faithful to renew their faith, be less fearful and extend the love of Christ Jesus among their neighbors.
We pray for longevity to continue to serve in the vineyard and gain souls for the Kingdom of Christ. Amen.
