The Chairman of US-Canada Cherubim & Seraphim Agbo Jesu Sub-Conference, Apostle General (Dr) Francis Okhiria, on Thursday, paid a courtesy visit to the Supreme Head of the Cherubim and Seraphim Movement Church Worldwide, His Most Eminence Prophet (Dr) Emmanuel Abiodun Alogbo, in his Lagos home.
During the visit, the two clergymen discussed the significance of unity within the Christian faith, particularly the Cherubim and Seraphim Church.
They specifically spoke on embracing the diversity in the church as a strength in promoting unity within it.
Speaking on what informed the visit, Apostle General Okhiria explained that he visited because he was unable to attend Baba Alogbo’s ordination and also to deliver greetings from the Supreme Head of Agbojesu Conference Worldwide, His Eminence Prophet Samuel Ajayi Akintobi (Arojibika II).
He said, “I was not around during Baba Aladura Alogbo’s ordination, that is why I came here today and also with the greetings of Baba Aladura Ajayi Akintobi. Baba Aladura Alogbo offered a prayer, and we discussed the role of the church in strengthening our unity despite our diversity.”
He also expressed his gratitude to the church leader for warmly receiving him.
On his part, Baba Aladura Alogbo appreciated the visit and extended his blessings to Elder Okhiria.
He also acknowledged the importance of such interactions and expressed his hope to reciprocate the gesture in the future.
