According to him, the move was meant to complement the knowledge Seraphs already have on ways to prevent the virus infection.

“I know many Seraphs are aware and well informed of preventive measures to take. What’s more needed is the practice of these measures which many haven’t started implementing.

“This is where the Seraph medical team’s role is completed; Ensuring that each constituent church complies with preventive measures. Our team members are from the different churches and branches to represent us effectively by involving their church members to be proactive in the fight against the spread and scourge of COVID-19 pandemic.” He told Acts Of Seraphs.

He, however, advised all Seraphs to stay safe by being cautious of people around them especially those they come in contact with.

He said, “Keep one and half half meters distance from anyone coughing or sneezing, if you cough or sneeze cover your mouth, use facemasks, provide sanitizers and liquid soap hand wash at the entrance and all outlets of churches, homes, offices and places they frequent, avoid crowds. If one experiences symptoms of COVID-19 (cough, catarrh, excessive sneeze, sore throat, fever, difficult breathing, weakness etc) ensure you go to Hospital immediately.”

Our members need to get adequate information by listening to the radio, television and visiting some reliable sites on the internet such as World Health Organization instagram page for authentic information and guidelines. I must also say that we should avoid unnecessary fear but maintain personal hygiene, regularly use hand sanitizer or wash hand with soap and water, avoid crowded areas or gatherings, cough in flexed elbow, maintain social distance, report any suspected case(s) to the right authority, self isolate if there is a history of recent travel to or from any of the affected countries in other to minimize the spread of this pestilence.” He maintained.
