C&S, CCC seek new converts through love, not hate – Yomi Fash-Lanso
Actor Yomi Fash Lanso has given his voice to the negative impression some people have towards the white garment churches.
In a video he posted on his Instagram handle, Lanso made a veiled remark regarding a viral video where Pastor David Ibiyeomie declared his hatred for the garment-wearing fold.
According to him, the Celestial Church of Christ as well as the Cherubim and Seraphim Church do not seek new converts by discriminating against other denominations.
He said, “Unfortunately, white garment churches, Cherubim and Seraphim and Celestial Church of Christ do not go out to seek new converts through their debasing of other denominations. No, at all. We don’t do that.
“Rather, we seek new converts into the fold by means of preaching love laid down by God Almighty through His prophets, the late Moses Orimolade; the founder of C&S and late Bilewu Oshoffa; the founder of CCC worldwide. That is what we do.
Speaking on the organic growth of the church, he said, “We don’t engage in publicity stunts to gain converts, no, we are way above that. Let that sink.”
