Holy Habitation

The queen of England was expected to visit our university. She was to deliver a speech at the famous Oxford University yesterday.
Myself and my fellowship president pastor Gabriel Grandy were amongst the awed crowd waiting to receive her royal majesty.
This was my first time experiencing the visit of a highly influential personality.

There was heavy police lockdown. Movement was restricted. You would not dare move anyhow or suspiciously if you do not want to be beaten by wild, hungry looking soldiers. The police had countless number of K9 military security dogs sniffing people for bombs and weapons. Security was top notch for about a week to her visit. Fully installed military drone stood on the tarmac. I heard it could detect missiles, bombs, IEDs and nuclear weapons within 100km of the vicinity.

Reporters, journalists and photographers, in short almost all the media houses had their stand within the premises. They all had one goal to capture the visit of the queen of England.
From BBC, to CNN,to Aljazeera, to the Telegraph,to London press. An average of the big media houses were on ground.

The Queen was about to become the first reigning monarch to visit the Oxford University in its 100 years of existence. Political office holders, chancellors of all neighbouring universities, emeritus professors, dignitaries and VVIPs were on ground to receive the queen.

The royal medical team had earlier arrived, in their exotic mobile ambulance. They consisted of quick response first aid team. Rumours had it that the palace employed the best medical graduate every year to join this team. Homeopathic remedies, including barley sugar candies, were in her jet like medical ambulance. Queen Elizabeth always travels with a personal doctor who has a defibrillator and other emergency treatments on hand. In places where blood donations might not be available, the doctor even brings a personal supply of blood matching Queen Elizabeth.

Finally, it was announced that the palacial Royal Jets nicknamed HMS QUEEN ELIZABETH had just arrived at the airport and that the Bentley Bentayga was on its way. We were shocked, because the queen does not drive in a Bentley, she moves in a Bentley State Limousine, something must be wrong. About 34 royal aides were escorting her from the airport excluding the security details. Nothing was left unchecked.
Pastor Gabriel Grandy and i were among the awed crowd waiting to see the Queen.

To our utmost surprise on arrival, the Queen did not come, she sent her special adviser Philip Munroe to deliver the speech. All the glamour, logistics in place were not even meant for the Queen, they were meant for a mere special adviser. We felt bad, but it was worth the wait.

“How much more would have been done if it were the Queen?” I said. Pastor Gabriel looked at me and said “How much more if it were God coming?” I got the message, a lot of logistics were put in place to receive an earthly guest.

Pastor Gabriel nodded in affirmation, we do not need all that logistics to receive God. He is everywhere. The only requirements he wants from us his holiness .
He said the automatic visitation of God unlike that of the Queen depends on our holiness. The paparazis are not needed, the glamour and royal embodiment are not required. All that is required is that the flesh be made silent.
Security details would not be needed because there he can protect himself, He (God) is the sleep that does not sleep.

We took time to note every detail of Queen Elizabeth expected visit to Oxford. She didn’t come. We cannot even fathom God’s visitation. It is unexplainable, indescribable mystery.
