Seraph Bridget Mustapha
The convener of Hours of Working Hand of God (Owo Oluwa), Prophet Gabriel Gandonu, has said his wife, Oluwabukola, was helpful to how he derived the name of the monthly programme after God instructed him to start it.
Prophet Gandonu disclosed this in an audience with Acts of Seraphs on the annual programme tagged, “Worship at His footstool”.
He said, “Hours of Working Hand of GOD was purely inspired by God, even though years before then, I have had so many people say what God had told them, but that didn’t push me to do what God hasn’t expressly commanded or confirmed.
“When it was time after I had gotten a go-ahead from God, I sought the blessings of my wife and gave her three names to choose from and without hesitation, she picked Hours of Working Hand of GOD and that was it.
“One of the persons God used to be instrumental to this movement is Pastor Mike Ajayi because he won’t let me rest until Owo Oluwa started. And our very first flier was designed by him coupled with the fact that New Covenant Model Ikorodu was our venue for a year. Our inspiration and driving force remains God.”
Hours of Working Hand of God is an interdenominational movement that holds every second Saturday in each month, while Worship at his Footstool is the last edition of such prayer gathering in the year which comes with a broader approach of praise, word, prayer, drama, tongues and a host of activities.
This year’s edition themed, “The Call Of The Lamb (Ipe Odo Aguntan)” is the fourth in its series and billed to hold on Saturday, December 10, 2022.
The firebrand minister, who had in the past couple of weeks shared video clips of intending guests receiving parcels containing invites of the programme, said his team was committed to the ideals of growth, consistency and honour.
He said, “We have diligently grown at the pace of God hence the days of little beginning may not be noticed like the season of results. As a team, we do not joke with honour, most especially when it comes to our guests or ministers of God. We are intentional about this mode of invite, not because we felt we could do better alone, but also to represent the theme.
“Every call deserves a response and every honourable invitation deserves to be honoured. The publicity this particular edition has gotten is indeed overwhelming and it further spurs us to keep shining the light of Jesus.”
Prophet Gandonu has been on active field of both rural and urban evangelism since year 2008, working in different places and holding several positions to further advance God’s work wherever he find himself at a given time.
