Reverend Mother Esther Ajayi of the Love Of Christ Generation Church, London, says it is painful that she never met with late renowned televangelist and preacher, Special Apostle Gabriel Olubunmi Fakeye before his demise.
She made the disclosure at the 4th Memorial Lecture in memory of the late cleric which held recently at Cherubim and Seraphim Church, Ayo Ni o, Surelere Sub-Headquarters.
According her, Fakeye left a lasting legacy as evident in the blossoming look of the Sub-Headquaters where he presided until his passage.
Ajayi who revealed that her presence at the event makes it her second time of visiting the venue, added that the ambiance of the church shows the degree of Fakeye’s effort while he was alive.
She also stated that the vision and mission of the late spiritual leader, being one of those who orchestrated what C&S Ayo ni o has become today, is such that no one can comprehend, except his creator.
While commending members of the fold for keeping his memories alive, she suggested that such feat needed to be consolidated on with specific reference to his audio and video tapes.
Fakeye,78, passed on in January 2015.
