Founder of the Love of Christ Generation Church, Reverend Mother Esther Ajayi has promised to give Agelu Jerusalem a facelift by constructing both the inner roads and the ones linking the town.
Mother Ajayi made this known during the first vigil of this year’s Agelu Pilgrimage which held last night.
She also declared her intention to initiate some projects in the town. These, according to her, include some blocks of hostels, a bore hole, as well as the completion of the church auditorium which is still under construction. The female clergy who arrived at the venue a few minutes past 10pm also promised to donate an electronic sound system to the Conference.
Acts of Seraphs understands that the female clergy donated two KVA power generators to the Conference a few years back.
While addressing the multitude of pilgrims present at the vigil, Mother Esther Ajayi asked members of the Cherubim and Seraphim Church to continue to pray for her, as she needs their prayers to do more. She also urged them to stay away from sinful acts and dwell more on the word of God. She, however, promised to bring a large number of bibles to next year’s convention to share to everyone.
Speaking earlier, His Eminence Baba Aladura Samuel Akintobi Ajayi, Arojibika 2, said that the Conference would no longer tolerate people who come around to pray on the mountain and go elsewhere to do testimony, once their prayers are answered. He urged those who indulge in such act to desist from it.
He also made some prophetic declarations into the lives of the attendees.
As the programme enters its second day, the pilgrims will proceed to the mountain and will be led by Baba Aladura.
