A Renowned Evangelist and philanthropist, Reverend Mother Esther Abimbola Ajayi is currently on a visit to Mercy Land, in Ikare-Akoko, Ondo state.
This, being her first public appearance since the spike in coronavirus across the world, the female cleric arrived the town on Tuesday.
Ikare-Akoko is the birth place of the founder of the Cherubim and Seraphim Church, St. Moses Orimolade Tunolase, while Mercy land is where he was reburied in 1975.
With series of pictures which surfaced online since her arrival, Reverend Mother Esther Ajayi could be seen in company of her husband, Reverend Ademuyiwa Ajayi, as they tour different spots at the historic town.
They were also joined by some members of LOC and their hosts.
On the sideline of the visit was a meeting with the Tunolase family of Okorun Quarters in Ikare, led by the patriarch of the family, His Eminence, Elder George Olanrewaju Tunolase, Arole Mose 1.
Recall that Mother Ajayi was invited to the annual Ikare Pilgrimage last year, but she could not attend due to some other engagements. She was represented by Snr Supt. Apostle Muyiwa Adeyemi to deliver the sermon.
But upon enquiry, Elder Adeyemi disclosed that her current visit to the town was to join one of her daughters who has an assignment to carry out in Ikare.
According to him, the assignment has to do with a project for her Masters programme which borders on the origin of the C&S church and its founder.
He said, “Her visit to the town was just to join her daughter who is carrying out a project on the history of C&S Church and St. Moses Orimolade for her Masters programme in a university in the United States.”
He also told Acts of Seraphs that Mother Ajayi uses the opportunity to engage in some spiritual exercises, while the daughter on the other hand visits some symbolic places for her own academic programme.
In a video at our disposal, Mother Ajayi and her husband could be seen amongst other Seraphs holding a revival on the mountain.
