| Seraph Segun Onifade The graduate forum of the Cherubim and Seraphim Unification campus fellowship, Olabisi Onabanjo University chapter, through its sub-committee on Training recently conducted its 2019 edition of Leadership Conference for the church. The conference which held at its Ago-Iwoye Chapter also known as “Place Of Grace” comprised members of the fellowship and executive/steering committees from other campuses such as Ayetoro, ikenne/Sagamu and Ibogun. The programme has been a way the graduate members give back to the fellowship having passed through the system. The training, however, had them speak exhaustively on different topics as it borders on the attributes of a leader such as: Emotional Intelligence by Sister Lara Owoeye; Church Administration by Bro Tunde Idowu; Time Management by Bro Tunde Osinowo; Spiritual Development by Fola Ojo. Others include: Finance by Debo Adegbenro and Biodun Balogun; Welfare/Commitment & Entrepreneurship by Oluwasegun Onifade Effective Communication among others topics were equally discussed during the conference. The event also witnessed the presence of the Central Executive Council (CEC) Vice Chairman, Pastor Olusegun Akinola who delivered the closing speech while the prayer session was taken By Bro. Ojo Afolarin. One of the beneficiaries who is also a student of the Ibogun campus expressed delight in the training as he spoke on the tremendous impact it had on him. Being one of the leaders in the fellowship, he said it has opened his leadership ideas beyond just prayer alone but to be responsible for spiritual growth and building capacity in the members. |
