Superintendent Apostolic Mother Bose Osinowo of The Saviour Ministries Cherubim and Seraphim Church has implored Seraph youths not to take lightly, available opportunities to acquire knowledge, as it will pay off in no distant time.
The female clergy made the submission on the heels of series of empowerment programmes being organised for the youths in recent times.
Speaking with Acts Of Seraphs, Osinowo who has carved a niche for herself in the nation’s business terrain stated that the youths should not be conscious of instant gratification, but rather be in expectant of the opportunity that will give them the chance to deploy all that they have learnt over time.
“Acquiring knowledge means a lot that God is even in support of. The youths should be attentive and listen to those that are ready to impart on them. You may not have the money today, but in one way or the other you are gaining a lot till that moment when money will
come.” She said.
It is worth pointing out that Osinowo, who is renowned for sponsoring members in the fold on pilgrimage to Jerusalem annually, has been part of one empowerment programme or the other with no exception to the Seraph Youth Arise scheme initiated by Dr. Oluwaseye Yomi-Sholoye and the most recent of them which is the Youth Empowerment Seminar (YES) as put up by Reverend Mother Esther Ajayi.
Speaking further, she urged the youths to be genuine with themselves and whatever they find doing, adding that they also need to discover themselves as it remains a yardstick to achieving success.
She, however, emphasized on the God factor to making such plans realistic, just as she advised the youths to be rooted in the the word of God.
While commending the organizers of the empowerment programmes, she described it as a great development as it would curb vices stemming from exuberance among the youths while they, in turn, understand the rudiments of making money legitimately.
