The founder of Ayobami C &S Church, Bolorunduro, Ilesa, Osun State, Prophetess Felicia Obembe has joined the saints triumphant.
She was aged 92 years.
In a brief statement by the family, Prophetess Obembe passed away on Monday.
The statement read, “With gratitude to God Almighty. We announce the passing unto glory of our mother, grandmother, great grandmother; her eminence Supt Gen. Apostolic Mother Prophetess Felicia Obembe this evening Monday, January 15, 2024. The burial arrangement will be announced by the family later.”
Until her passing, the clergywoman was the leader of the C&S Unification Good Women Fellowship, Osun State chapter.
The deceased was also the mother of the Prophetess in charge of Cherubim and Seraphim Movement Church Chapel of Revelation, Opeyemi Bello.
Prophetess Obembe otherwise known as Iyaadura Ayobami also held other leadership positions such as the president of Good Women Fellowship National Evangelical of Holy Ghost Nationwide and the female president of the Christian Association of Nigeria, Osun state chapter.
Also before her demise, she was the Grand Matron of the Organisation of African Instituted Churches in the state.
Eulogies have been pouring in for the late prophetess as Seraphs across board spoke about her strides in Christendom as well as her passion for serving God and how she had led numerous people in the way of Christ.
They also spoke about her penchant for mentoring both the young and adults in the prophetic ministry where she guided them on best practices as laid down by St Moses Orimolade.
