A member of the Cherubim and Seraphim Church, Anuoluwapo Oshinfade Esho has picked her Expression of Interest and Nomination forms to contest the 2023 Assembly election on the platform of All Progressive Congress.
She announced this on her Facebook page on Friday with the caption “A giant leap of faith…..becoming the voice of the Voiceless.”
Acts of Seraphs reports that Anuoluwapo seeks to represent Alimosho constituency 1 in the Lagos State House of Assembly.
The multiple degree holder was accompanied to the party secretariat by her father, AOP Olusegun Victor Oshinfade, who is the Spiritual Head of Holy Divine Evangelical C&S church, including her husband, Seraph Babatunde Esho.
The development is coming on the heels of increasing calls for the participation of Christian youths in politics.
It is also worthy of note that resolutions would be made on the role of Christians in politics at the national symposium organised by the Church Wardens of CSMC Surulere District Headquarters Ayo Ni O scheduled to hold tomorrow.
