A member of the Cherubim and Seraphim church, Korede Soyinka has bagged Africa Magic Viewers Choice Award for a best short film titled, “I AM THE PROSTITUTE MAMA DESCRIBED”.
The 8th edition of the event, often referred to as Africa’s most prestigious film award ceremony, was held last night at The Eko Hotels and Suites, where some of the finest in the African film industry were honoured.
Korede who attends C&S Movement Church, Surulere District, Ayobo branch, announced the cheering news via his Instagram page.
“We WON best africamagic best short film. Produced by @teebusolami thank you @mtn for Appreciating the craft. God is Faithful,” he wrote.
The multi-talented Seraph who is also an actor, filmmaker and screenwriter has several short film projects in his kitty. One of the most recent of his crafts is a documentary titled, “Able Disables”.
