The annual remembrance of Saint Valentine didn’t just end on 14th February, it took different dimension on Sunday 17th February 2019 at C & S Church of Christ “The Worshippers” Bolorunduro Ejigbo Parish were the Youth Fellowship have once again break barriers in their 18th edition of its yearly Valentine with Jesus Celebration.
Some 18 years ago, the youths of the church put heads together and decided to change the hitherto practice of turning the universal annual remembrance of Saint Valentine of highest level of immoral act among Nigeria youths which has always resulted to abandoned babies dumped or with no responsible father all in the name of Valentine.
This church youth then change the believe and orientation of other youth in the C&S fold and other church by hosting them Every Sunday that precedes Valentine day to teach and listen to undiluted word of God form great guest ministers who teach the true meaning of Love to its members and guest.
This year’s edition recorded a great turnout and success testimonies from past attendees including the preacher (Pastor Sunday Daniel) who got his beautiful and blessed wife from this same event during it earlier edition.
He speaks on “Love cast out fear”(1 john 4:18) which he simply interpret to be God cast out devil because God is Love and devil is fear and talked on Godly relationships.
The 18th edition featured award presentation to couples who’s marriages stands out in the standard of God among other activities.
