The New Seraph is set to hold her first Annual General Conference on Thursday, April 28 till Saturday, April 30, 2022, at The New Seraph Prayer City, Km 60, Lagos/Ibadan Express Way, Ogun State.
Addressing pressmen in Lagos on Thursday, the founder, Her Grace Dr. Oluseye Yomi-Sholoye said, God had promised to use the conference themed: “New Heights – Leviticus 26:13” to move the Cherubim and Seraphim church forward.
She disclosed that the conference would address salient topics and issues under fruitful deliberation of renowned speakers and panelists from several Conferences of the Church on what they think can be done better.
Describing what the body seeks to achieve as a paradigm shift, she said, “for us to move to New Heights as a Church, it is our collective responsibility and we all have to ensure there is a paradigm shift in all we do. Please let us that are seated here today ponder over our past, the current state of our church and examine where we should have been by now.
“If you ask me, I will say that the C&S Church of today is growing and what should be topmost in our hearts is how to make it grow the more to God’s Glory,” she added.
She further revealed that dignitaries from all walks of life will be present at the Ceremony, including The New Seraph members home and abroad. According to her, special guests of honour are the Executive Governors from the South Western part of Nigeria; Ogun State, Lagos State, Oyo State and Ondo State, while several Royal Fathers will also be on ground to grace the Conference.
She also assured that security measures have been put in place, as much as traffic control measures so as to have a seamless experience before, during and after the Conference.
The clergywoman, however advised ministers of God to always make out time to rest, and as well do routine medical check-ups to stay on top of their health and wellness. According to her, this will reduce the rate at which some of them break down or slump while on ministerial duties.
Highlights of the conference will include an opening ceremony, panel discussions, lecture, health talk and variety night.
