The Deputy Superintendent of Faith Mission Cherubim and Seraphim church Inc., Dr Oluwaseye Yomi-Sholoye has urged seraphs and non seraphs planning to attend the forthcoming Night of Divine experience to prepare their mind for God’s wonders and impartation that will abound in the course of the programme.
The female clergy who is also the Chief Host made this known at a press briefing on Tuesday.
Slated for Friday, 16th of August 2019, the programme will hold at the New Seraph Prayer City located Klm 60, Lagos/Ibadan expressway, Solution Bus Stop by Sapade Overhead Bridge, Ogun State.
While speaking on the essense of the gathering, she said it seeks to ensure that the word of God is well grounded in the C&S fold.
Her words: “If you ask me, I strongly believe that the C&S church of today should be well grounded in the word of God. I repeat; major things that should be topmost in our hearts are the efficacy of prayers and good teachings of the word of God.
“Right from July 20th 2018 Seraphim Vigil which birthed all we see today, The New Seraph initiative had successfully hosted lots of events and for a which have successfully stepped up our image as a church.
“Moving forward for us as a ‘New Seraph” we saw the need to host Word/Prayer gathering which will serve as our first Spiritual encounter so far at The New Seraph.”
Being the head honcho of the New Seraph Initiative, Dr Sholoye further stated that the vigil is not going to be business as usual as it will also feature deliverance, breakthrough and salvation. This was as she also reeled out logistics that has been put in place to ensure the vigil is hitch free.
“The night is not going to be business as usual as it promises to be an all-night affair filled with undiluted word of God and prayers, alongside delivernace, breakthrough and revival. We will be having attendants coming from everywhere in Nigeria and abroad and, as such, free transportation has been provided pan Nigeria and a whole lots of God’s generals are on the line up to minister at the vigil.
“Renowned song ministers are not left out as we will be having God’s name praised more gloriously with Songs of Praises and revival – You know we really need that as Seraphs.
“Security measures have been put in place, as much as traffic control measures so as to have a seamless experience before, during and after the vigil which will start from 6pm on Friday to 6am on Saturday.”
Billed to minister at the vigil are Pastor Segun Michael, Lady Prophet Funmi Arojah and a host of other anointed ministers of God. Renowned gospel artiste, Lady Evangelist Tope Alabi is also expected to lead the pack of other gospel artistes at the vigil.
