LOC Lagos Cathedral: Adeboye, Adejumo, others to minister at Sept 5 dedication

Pastor Enoch Adeboye, General Overseer of Redeemed Christian Church of God, Pastor Mrs. Funke-Felix Adejumo and a host of other Christian leaders from the Pentecostal fold are expected to minister at the dedication of the newly built Love of Christ ultra modern cathedral billed to hold on Sunday, September 5, 2021.

While Pastor Adeboye will minister in the word of God, Pastor Adejumo will minister during the seed of faith session.

The host white garment church spiritual leaders, His Eminence Prophet Solomon Adegboyega Alao of the Cherubim and Seraphim Church and Rev. Pastor Mobiyina Emmanuel Oshoffa of the Celestial Church of Christ will also handle the opening and closing prayer sessions respectively.

The much anticipated event will also witness the presence of past and present political office holders, captains of industries, foreign clergies as well as other prominent figures in the society.

These are the submission of the founder, Reverend Mother Esther Ajayi, who addressed a press briefing at the church on Friday. According to her, Love of Christ Generation Church is on a mission to bring the body of Christ together as one.

The renowned global evangelist also disclosed that the leadership of top Christian missions of both the white garment and pentecostal have made rounds of visitations to the edifice situated on Water Corporation road, Victoria Island, Lagos.

Mother Esther Ajayi however noted that the church is open to everyone that wants to serve the Lord Jesus Christ in spirit and in truth. While stating that the capacity of the auditorium accommodates about 7000 people, including the galleria, she said the hall at the first floor also contains as much as 3000 people. She added that the parking space will contain up to a thousand cars. The female clergy also said that the facilities in the church including the gym and the hall are accessible for use to members of the Church at no cost.

When asked how she plans to maintain the edifice, she said the maintenance would be handled annually by the Cappa and D’alberto construction company. On the funding, she said funds were not raised to build the church, and God who made provision for the construction would also make provision for the maintenance.
