CSMC Secretary-General, Prophet Samaye Wins AEGIS Most Outstanding Seraph Award

The Secretary-General of the Cherubim and Seraphim Movement Church Worldwide, Elder Samuel Samaye, has emerged as the Most Outstanding Seraph of the Year at the eighth edition of the annual Celebrating Seraphs Awards.

Samaye clinched the award after polling the highest number of votes in a public voting process.

Speaking shortly after receiving the award on Sunday, Samaye expressed gratitude to God and members of the church who supported his nomination.

He also commended the organisers of the awards for recognising individuals making meaningful contributions to the Cherubim and Seraphim Church.

He said, “I am overwhelmed but deeply grateful to God Almighty and to everyone who voted for me, both in Nigeria and in the diaspora, believing in what God is doing through us. I appreciate the organisers for finding me worthy of this nomination. This recognition is truly humbling, and I thank you for the good work you are doing.

The cleric dedicated the award to members of the church, saying their support had made his service possible.

“I dedicate this award to all hardworking Seraphs who are making an impact across the world by propagating the Gospel of Christ through the Cherubim and Seraphim Church and preserving the legacy of our forerunner, St. Moses Orimolade Tunolase,” Samaye disclosed.

Earlier, the convener of the awards, Seraph Cynthia Ezegbu, said the initiative was established to encourage members of the church to remain committed to God’s service.

She said, “The essence of this award is to encourage us to serve God faithfully in our own little ways because someone, somewhere, is watching.”

Reflecting on the growth of the initiative, Ezegbu noted that the awards had continued to thrive through vision, consistency and divine guidance.

“What started as a simple idea in 2019 with just 50 guests has grown into a respected platform within the Cherubim and Seraphim Church worldwide, both locally and internationally. It continues to inspire, uplift and celebrate excellence in service to God,” she added..
